Ray joined Woodvalley in 2004 after several years working as a chartered surveyor in leading London consultancies. He used the insights he gained into professional practice and major investor developer clients to lead the development of a new vision for Woodvalley. This included nurturing Woodvalley’s culture, professional standards and collective ambitions, to maximise organic growth.

Steady growth over the last 15+ years has enabled Woodvalley to move into new markets, where Ray is instrumental in establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships. He is passionate about putting clients at the centre of everything Woodvalley does, ensuring highest quality end-product and exceeding expectations at all points of the customer and construction journey.

Wes has 25+ years of experience working for and leading Woodvalley and is instrumental in the company’s success as a major project contractor. He leads our construction operations and is responsible for driving high quality, innovative and ambitious solutions aligned with our clients’ goals. Wes’ reputation for delivering excellence has led to high levels of repeat business from many blue-chip clients.

Committed to the realisation of Woodvalley’s company vision, Wes is also key to driving the firm’s growth and development by setting standards, providing clear leadership and motivating advancement into new sectors and markets.

Tom founded Woodvalley in 1978 and brings over 60 years of construction and leadership experience to the business. Through his unwavering dedication to clients and astute stewardship of our business, Woodvalley has grown organically, expanded without debt and  successfully traded for over 40 years.

Tom is an insightful and approachable leader with an impeccable track record for producing best in class projects in both the private and public sectors. He has a lifelong passion for construction and is always present on site with the Woodvalley team, leading from the front.
