Our client’s ambition for The Digital Garage was the creation of a dynamic environment for commercial and creative teams. The environment needed to encourage collaborative working and the generation of fresh ideas, through spaces that motivated people to interact and explore.

Woodvalley was commissioned to deliver full internal and external refurbishment with CAT A fit out. This involved combining two existing residential buildings on Hoxton Square to produce a single, free flowing environment.

Major structural alterations were required within both buildings, due to structural movement, extensive asbestos, dry-rot and damp. We carried out the majority of works under tightly controlled conditions to protect the safety of neighbouring residents and businesses, and to minimise disruption.

Close collaboration with our client’s design team ensured the building transformed into a modern, cutting-edge property.
