The development consisted of stripping back the existing industrial units to its structural steel frame and ground slab in order to create the new unit with ancillary office accommodation at ground and first floor levels, associated car parking, external works and services.
The outer building envelope consists of a new composite panel roof and curtain walling system with a new glazed façade.The mechanical and electrical services were renewed, and new main services were installed to allow the units to be subdivided.
