By breathing new life into an outdated cellular office space, this characterful property was transformed into a modern contemporary loft style open-plan office, within the vibrant and creative area of Queens Park in London. The Woodvalley team was appointed to undertake the project with full Design and Build responsibility to breath new life into the building and achieve Brunswick Property Partners’ vision.

Woodvalley developed the brief and ensured that all of the original features were brought back into the design and enhanced with new modern edge facilities. A large contemporary terrace area to the first floor demise was added with a large dormer and mezzanine to the second-floor office space to create a cool sustainable open-plan workspace.

The open-plan office space also included detailed coordination of the exposed Mechanical and Electrical Services, plus a newly configured WC/kitchenette layout resulting in free-flowing light into the workspaces and an airy, welcoming environment.

From conception to completion, the success of this scheme was due to the openness and spirt of the collective team to delivery of the client’s vision on a tight budget and timescale.
