Woodvalley worked with Spring Building Consultancy on a 14-week project to refurbish two existing industrial units.
The works involved a full internal strip out, including the removal of existing mechanical and electrical services, racking and conveyors. The new environment included offices, workshops and a lobby area, ready for tenant fit-out.
Woodvalley also made good the building envelopes with over-cladding and installed a new curtain walling system. Improvements were also made to car parking facilities and the concrete yard, with new fencing and other hard landscaping.
