This CAT A refurbishment project involved the reinvention of two office floors, the central core, washroom facilities and main reception.
The main reception area needed substantial reconfiguration, which involved the extension of existing space into the undercroft and incorporation of a new glazed façade.
This created a contemporary and inviting office entrance, which was attractive to businesses that wanted to make an impression. Reconfiguration across the building ensured the same light, airy and free flowing style throughout.
