100 Centennial Park was part of a pilot ESG scheme, where the client implemented it commitment to reuse, recover and recycle existing components within the refurbishment works.
Works consisted of the Full Cat A internal and external refurbishment works to the existing 32,0000 sq ft warehouse incorporating 5,233 sq ft of open plan office space. In addition, associated car parking, external works and services incorporating new electrical charging pods within the properties demise. As part of the ESC scheme, we reused and upcycled the majority of the communal facilities components, helping to create a modern sustainable working space.
