Our client needed to reinvent existing office space, with the creation of a dramatic reception area plus the refresh of washroom facilities and two office floors.

Woodvalley fitted new exposed electrical and mechanical services to the office floors and built new feature walls in the main reception area, made from bespoke metal panelling and stone.

Detailed phasing of the works was essential, as other offices in the building were fully occupied as refurbishment took place.

Our team stayed in close contact with tenants, to liaise with them on project activity and to ensure minimum disruption. Out of hours working and tightly controlled conditions ensured construction went smoothly.
