Woodvalley’s works comprised of stripping out the existing interiors back to its original shell. We undertook a full CAT refurbishment incorporation across 2,734 sq ft of CAT A + plug and play floors. Woodvalley transformed the building into a unique dynamic works space with grade A end-of-journey facilities, a stunning communal roof terrace with exceptional views of Westminster and a unique courtyard area.

The property’s location within central Westminster, meant that we worked closely and successfully with neighbouring businesses and residents to minimise disruption and the project was completed under tightly controlled conditions led by our Health and Safety protocols at the forefront of all decision making.
